A draft of the Iowa Department on Aging's State Plan on Aging for federal fiscal years 2018-2021 is now available for public review and comment. The State Plan on Aging outlines the activities and strategies that the Department will pursue during the plan period to achieve its goals, objectives and expected outcomes.
How to Obtain a Copy of the State Plan
The State Plan on Aging will be available to view and download from the Department's website beginning Monday, April 17, through Monday, May 1, 2017. Interested persons may also request a copy of the State Plan via email by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to Submit Comments
Any member of the public may submit comments, including questions or concerns, about the proposed State Plan on Aging through 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2017. Comments will be collected in the following ways:
