A Matter of Balance is an evidence-based falls/injury prevention program for older adults who have sustained falls in the past, have limited physical activity due to concerns about falling and are interested in learning more about flexibility, strength, balance and how to prevent falls. Classes taught by trained leaders are held twice a week for four weeks or once a week for eight weeks.
